Things to Remember – T&Cs To Renting

Respect & Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
- Please keep noise levels low during this time and avoid disturbing neighbours.
- Noise during the day must still be reasonable for a residential area. Loud music or shouting is not allowed at any time.
- No parties or gatherings are permitted beyond the registered guests.

Cleanliness & Garbage
- Bag and sort all garbage using the appropriate waste bags.
- Place the bags on the hook by the exit door.
- Do not litter in or around the property.
- Upon check-out: wash and put away all dishes
- Remove used bed linens; place them on the beds with used towels.

Security & Energy Use
- Close all doors, windows, and openings when leaving the property.
- Switch off all electrical equipment in unused rooms.
- Do not leave appliances on or charging while you’re out – it’s a serious fire hazard.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings due to guest negligence.

Bathrooms & Plumbing
- Bathrooms in the external bedrooms use a mechanical pump system.
- DO NOT throw anything in the toilets.
- Use the bins provided to avoid costly damage.

Smoking Policy
- No smoking is permitted indoors.
- The property managers will check all of the rooms for smoke detection after check-out.
- If there is evidence of this, an extra cleaning fee will apply.

Damages & Maintenance
- Report any breakages or damages to the manager as soon as possible.
- Lost or damaged keys will incur a €30 replacement fee.
- Any broken or missing items must be settled with the administrator before check-out.
- All items provided must remain in the property during your stay.

Safety & Legal Notice
- Fire alarms are installed in the kitchen for your safety.
- Gambling and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- Only 14 adults max are allowed in the farmhouse at any time.
- Any fines by authorities will be passed on to the guests, along with a €100/day surcharge.

Payments & Deposits
- A €300 security deposit is required at check-in.
- An Environmental Contribution of €0.50 per person per night (max €5) applies to all guests 18+. This will be collected during check-in.

Before You Leave
- Leave the farmhouse in the same clean and tidy condition you found it in.
- Any excessive mess or damage may result in extra charges.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in a €200 fine and additional charges for damages.
